Hosted commerce for precious metals dealers

Day one
Every product below is a real record from the catalog your store ships with, with the real photography attached to it. You set a premium per product. The price you see moves because the metal moved, not because anybody retyped it.

Our part of the bill
A flat percentage of the order punishes gold and forgives silver, because the ticket has almost nothing to do with what you make. So Ophir charges on the premium instead: the part of the price that is yours. Three orders, priced off the feed above, updating as it moves.
401100-25, qty 1
Our fee is 0.27% of what the buyer paid.
201025-SE, qty 40
Our fee is 0.54% of what the buyer paid.
209026, qty 1
Our fee is 0.79% of what the buyer paid.
What is not in that number
Your payment processor still bills you, and we do not mark it up or take a piece of it. A bank transfer runs about 25 cents. A card runs whatever your card processor charges, which is why the platform lets you show a lower price to buyers who pay by bank. Sales tax software, if you use the automated option, bills you directly too.
The front of the shop
Your domain, your name, your colours. Nothing on the page says Ophir built it.
Prices that move with the market
Bid and ask for gold, silver, platinum and palladium, streamed to the page. Every listing recomputes while the buyer is looking at it.
A price per payment method
Show a sticker price and a lower one for buyers paying by bank. A discount for the cheap rail, never a surcharge on the expensive one.
Product pages with real photography
Several images per product at three sizes, with weight, fineness, mint, country and year already written.
Browse by metal
Gold, silver, platinum and palladium landing pages, filtering by weight, mint and form.
Cart, checkout and accounts
A cart drawer, bank or card checkout, and buyer accounts with order history and email and phone verification.
Tax and shipping computed at checkout
Per-state rules you maintain, or an automated tax service. Insured shipping with a free-shipping threshold, or local pickup.
Stock that tells the truth
Quantity on hand, a low-stock flag on the storefront and in the console at the same threshold, and nothing sellable that is not there.
Your own pages
Write and publish pages, order them in the navigation, upload your logo, pick your colours and fonts. No developer, no ticket.
