Any access to or use of a BSC software platform, white-label e-commerce storefront, merchant dashboard, payment-related functionality, or related services is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement applicable to those services, such as a master services agreement, order form, statement of work, or other contract entered into with BSC, and not through this website.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell precious metals, an offer to provide payment services, or a commitment to provide any subscription, access, product, feature, functionality, onboarding, or service on any particular terms.

Nothing in these Terms waives any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including any non-waivable rights under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. BSC’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BSC with respect to this website.

BSC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by posting the updated Terms on this website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Submission of an inquiry, demo request, contact form, or other communication through this website does not obligate BSC to respond, provide access to any product or service, complete onboarding, or enter into any business relationship.
